A Thrombectomy catheter, which is advanced directly and advanced over the wire, is used to open the lumen and dissolve the thrombus in acute occlusions in the presence of acute massive pulmonary embolism. The system has a specially designed tip to dissolve the thrombus. Pharmacomechanical thrombolysis is performed by delivering the necessary fluids to the vein with a special tip and applying thrombolytic drugs to the pulmonary embolism area by using low-power ultrasonic waves.

Detailed specifications

Over the guide wire system and 90 and 135 catheter lenght allows safe acces to the clotted target vessel including pulmonary artery in PE cases.

The lumen is used to facilitate passage of a guide wire which is allow 0,035" (0,36 mm) in diameter.

Viper Pharmacomechanical Thrombolysis Catheter,  also can be use Vein / Pulmonary Artery.

During the application of tPa , pharmacomechanical thrombolytic

therapy is performed with the help of these micropores in the contents of the catheters.

Totally includes 30 micropores(10 micron) both side at the distal tip of 20 cm.
