Atlas
Peripheral Stent System

ATLAS is a peripheral self-expanding stent system consisting of an OTW delivery catheter and a pre-mounted stent made of nitinol.ATLAS is intended for use in the treatment of stenotic or occlusive lesions in iliac or femoropopliteal arteries to establish and maintain patency. ATLAS self-expanding stent is indicated for use in percutaneous intravascular implantation in patients with atherosclerotic, radiation-induced, and posttraumatic lesions causing vessel stenosis, of hemodynamic significance and intractable in other forms of treatment.

The Atlas Peripheral Stent System is a mechanism that is inserted to prevent localized flow narrowing due to a disease or to assist in surgical operations. The Atlas Peripheral Stent System consists of two components: Implantable endoprosthesis and a stent delivery system. This stent is a laser-cut, self-expanding stent composed of a nickel-titanium alloy (Nitinol). Radiopaque markers of tantalum, located at both the proximal and distal ends of the stent, increase the visibility of the stent and aid in its placement. The stent is inserted into a 6 F (2.1 mm maximum outer diameter) delivery system. and is compressed. transmission system; It has a triaxial design with an outer shaft that stabilizes the stent delivery system, a middle shaft that protects and retains the stent, and an inner shaft that provides a guidewire lumen. Transmission system 0.035 in (0.89 mm) guide Compatible with wires.

Peripheral self-expanding

High flexibility

• Radiopaque TANTALIUM markers

• Superior bending strength

• Excellent pushability

Atlas The Peripheral Stent System is a highly flexible, self-expanding stent for the treatment of arterial vascular occlusions in the iliac artery, femoral artery and popliteal artery.

The open cell stent structure provides high flexibility and excellent vessel alignment, combined with low stent shortening. Available in stent diameters from 5 to 8 mm and with a 6F delivery system (short and long shaft) in stent lengths from 20 to 200 mm.

High Stent Durability

  • Low breakage rate with high radial strength
  • High quality electric polishing and surface treatment, high adds stent integrity resulting in durability.
  • Reduced microcracks reduce the likelihood of stent cracking.
  • Optimum balance between Flexibility and Radial Force
  • Adapts to the vein in the best way
  • Provides homogeneous lesion support
  • Sensitive Stent Delivery System
  • Better bending fatigue and axial and radial fatigue higher resistance to Flexible Stent Structure

Flexible Stent Structure

  • Cell design provides excellent flexibility, provides a balance of comfort and curl resistance.
  • Optimal vessel adaptation
  • Stable stent platform does not compromise flexibility It offers the most suitable radial force without Minimal shortening
  • With laser sourced tantalum markers excellent stent visibility

They are applied in the following cases

  • Unsatisfactory result of a PTA procedure (residual stenosis),
  • Inner vessel membrane delamination,
  • Vessel wall elasticity disorders and pressure from the outside,
  • Recurrent st

Atlas stent easily adapts it’s shape to the arterial wall and does not dislocate itself after deployment. The elasticity of the stent as well as flexibility of the delivery system allows the use of Atlaseven in tortuous vessels.
Atlasself-expanding peripheral stent system is intended to improve luminal diameter in the treatment of symptamotic de novo or restenotic lesions up to 180 mm in length in the native superficial femoral artery and/or proximal popliteal arteries with reference vessel diameters ranging from 3.5 mm – 7.5 mm.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Made of nitinol laser cutting
  • (NiTi) – material with higher biocompatibility level and corrosion resistance than medical AISI 316L stainless steel
  • Increased conformability within unique open-cell design technology
  • Excellent radial force
  • High flexibility of the Atlasstent effects in excellent adaptation to vessel curvature
  • Special construction of the stent provides a good adhere to the arterial wall
  • Radiopaque markers on the stent endings which allow precise implantation
  • Special construction of the delivery system make to correction of stent position inside a vessel possible even after the partial stent release.
  • Optimized radial force to reduce thrombosis and neointima hyperplasia
  • Increased flexibility in severe bend situations
  • Precise deployment with simplified single-operator syste

Access and Applicability

  • Anatomical view during 6F system profile stent application provides clarity and saves space for contrast injections.
  • Excellent traceability with retraction system, shaft push ability designed to provide the most appropriate balance between.
  • Against cross tortuous vessels with a contralateral approach longitudinal flexibility.

Correct Placement and Clarity of View

  • The radiopaque tip is inserted into the device for complete stent placement.
  • Marker tapes on inner metal shaft, cut supports positioning.
