Các Mantis Rotational Thrombectomy System is an advanced catheter-based device engineered to disrupt and remove thrombus from peripheral and/or central vasculature. Utilizing a leaf tip design and a Nitinol shaft reinforced with PA/PEBAX polymers, the Mantis system delivers a high-torque, low-profile solution for physicians aiming to restore flow in acute, subacute, or chronic thrombotic occlusions.

  • The proprietary leaf tip shape allows precise clot engagement and fragmentation, enhancing device efficiency in complex or large-burden thrombotic lesions.
  • Distal Infusion Zone: Positioned between the leaf tip and the catheter’s distal end, enabling targeted delivery of thrombolytic agents or contrast media when required.
  • High Torque Response: Nitinol’s superelastic properties provide excellent pushability, kink resistance, and precise rotational control, even in tortuous anatomies.
  • Composite Construction: The PA/PEBAX polymer layers offer a smooth lumen and robust structural support, minimizing friction while improving durability.
  • Nitinol Wire Visibility: Clear radiopacity from the distal tip to the proximal shaft allows real-time, precise imaging under fluoroscopy.
  • Facilitates accurate positioning and ensures confident navigation through complex vascular pathways.
  • Available in 5.0F and 6.0F to accommodate varying vessel diameters and flow requirements.
  • Active Zone: Ranges from 5 mm to 60 mm, enabling versatile clot engagement depths and optimal coverage in different occlusion lengths.

90 cm, 110 cm, and 135 cm options provide adaptability for diverse procedural approaches, from short femoral access to more extended radial or brachial routes.
