Superior Progressability Durable progression possible even in the most difficult lesions

  • Easy steerability.
  • Flat,malleable tip
  • Hydrophilic polymer coating
  • Radio-opeque tip
  • In the distally tapering structure
  • Torque Capability

Inwire Guide Wire products are for general intravascular use in neurovascular and peripheral vessels. Guidewires can be guided to facilitate the insertion of diagnostic and therapeutic catheters. It is available in 0.010”, 0.012”, 0.014”, and 0.018” diameters and is available in a variety of lengths and configurations. All models have a flat, malleable distal tip. The distal 2-3 cm portion of the tip is radiopaque.

Detailed specifications

InWIRE Guidewires are a family of steerable guidewires with a formable tip, available in straight and preformed versions. Guidewires are compatible with existing microcatheters used in general procedures such as those used in the endovascular diagnosis and neurovascular disease treatment. The distal portion of the guidewire tip is radiopaque.

Excellent Torque Capability

Elastic tip and integrated design for the quick delivery to the target vein

Allows 1:1 torque response

Hydrophilic Coating

Provides a durable and smooth progression possible even with curved veins

The outer diameters of the guide wires are listed in the table below.

Control

Nitinol construction offers a soft, atraumatic tip while maximizing push/pull control and torque response.

The lubricious hydrophilic coating allows smooth advancement of the guidewire within the vasculature and microcatheter

Excellent tip shape ability and shape retention design promotes controlled steerability

Durability

The proprietary hydrophilic coating offers exceptional integrity and durability

Kink-resistant distal nitinol core maintains its shape throughout the procedure, even though the most tortuous vessels

Versatility

Simplifies catheter exchange, intra-procedurally, reducing time and cost.
