Patients & Caregivers

A diagnosis brings questions. This center is written for patients and the people who care for them — in plain language, without jargon — to help you understand your condition, know what minimally invasive treatment can look like, and prepare for informed conversations with your physician.

Understand your condition

Many conditions treated with INVAMED technologies share a story: something narrows, blocks, or weakens — and modern medicine can often repair it through a needle-sized opening rather than open surgery.

What "minimally invasive" means for you

Minimally invasive procedures reach the problem through small punctures or natural pathways instead of large incisions. For many patients this can mean local rather than general anesthesia, same-day or short-stay treatment, less pain, and a faster return to daily life. Your physician will advise whether such an approach suits your individual situation.

Preparing for your appointment

  • Write down your symptoms — when they started, what worsens or relieves them
  • List your medications, allergies, and previous procedures
  • Ask: What are my treatment options? What does recovery look like for each? What happens if we wait?
  • Bring a family member or caregiver — a second set of ears helps
