OVERVIEW

The elbow joint formed by the lower end of the humerus and the upper ends of the radius and ulna is a complex joint consisting of ulnohumeral (ginglymus type), radiohumeral (sphenoid type), and proximal radioulnar (trochoid type) joints in a single synovial space.
