Venablock ™ Varicose Veins Treatment Vein Closure System —often referred to internationally as “Turkish Glue”—is an innovative, minimally invasive solution for varicose vein management. By leveraging a unique cyanoacrylate-modified polymer that rapidly polymerizes in under one second, VenaBlock seals the insufficient vein segment with remarkable efficiency and negligible risk of embolic complications. Clinical publications report a success rate of around 96%, making VenaBlock a breakthrough in modern venous ablation therapy.

Ultra rychlá polymerace

The cyanoacrylate-based polymer reaches full set in <1 second, enabling precise vein closure with minimal risk of distal embolization.

A red laser (630 nm) is integrated into the catheter shaft to improve visibility and tracking under procedural imaging. This feature dramatically streamlines catheter navigation through tortuous venous segments.

Thanks to superior kink resistance and radial-tip design, VenaBlock can be advanced through curved varicose veins without a dedicated guidewire, reducing procedural complexity.

The catheter can safely ablate varicose veins within 0.5 cm of the saphenofemoral junction (SFJ). By controlling venous closure so close to the SFJ, VenaBlock effectively reduces the risk of incomplete occlusion or recurrences.

With under-one-second polymerization near the SFJ, any significant risk of embolization is significantly minimized—a cornerstone for patient safety.
